Food and Wine Tours

If you love Italian Food you’ll love these food and wine tours tasting “cicchetti” and Prosecco wine! An area that extends from the Adriatic Sea to the Dolomites which offers a wide range of specialities all year round.

Starting from Treviso, the birthplace of Tiramisu, I can organize visits to Red Chicory producers with sampling sessions of this delicious “winter flower”. In springtime you shouldn’t miss white asparagus from Bassano del Grappa, cherries from Marostica – famous for the human chess game – and the “castraure” (artichokes) from the island of Sant’Erasmo.

Every day is a good time to enjoy a “Cicchetti” Tour in Venice or a Wine Tour in the Veneto Region: Prosecco, Amarone and Soave are just a few names of the numerous fine wines produced in this area.

Every season offers typical products that you can sample during the local festivals: polenta, sausages, spit roast, “sopressa” (salami) and cheese. I can organize a variety of different tasting sessions in dairies, salami factories, bakeries, coffee roasting companies and distilleries.

If you like to cook, I organize pizza workshops, cooking lessons and tiramisu lessons.
